Playtime Dress

This babe came to me in a dream when I was napping on a Sunday afternoon. I jumped up and had to get started on it immediately, cause ya gal cant sketch to save her life. 

The most sunshiney dress I think I have ever made. Big puff puff sleeves, a patchwork skirt and a frilly collar around the neckline. Completely reversible too with a high neckline or a party neckline. She's so fun!
