Fullll skirt, attached to a loose bodice, puffy sleeves with shirring at the hem, elastic around the neckline and a sweet waist tie atcmtached that can be worn in a bow at the front or back. Made from the most beautiful table cloth for the boddice and vintage material for the skirt and sleeves.
