Double V neckline front and back with a sweet little tie at the back, voluminous sleeves, a frill around the bottom that is just *chefs kiss all stitched together in a beautiful vintage seafoam floral material. This specific one has been turned up a notch, extra fabric to make it the most spinny, and glorious placement. She is something out of a dream
